Refund Policy

REPLACEMENT ITEMS

If an item arrives damaged, please send us photos of the damaged item within four days of receiving item/s and we will ship a replacement item to you. 

RETURNS

All sales are final.

No returns will be provided or discounts will be provided for missed sales.

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returned products.  

If your order is returned to us due to incorrect address or error on your part, there's a re-shipping fee that will be charged in order for us to reship your order.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, please call the United States Postal Service at 1 (800) 275-8777. The first step would be contacting your local post office with your tracking number. Please advise them that your package tracking shows delivered but they did not deliver it to you. They will need to do a search for it. If they lost your package there is a process to file a claim with USPS that can take 15 days from the shipping date of your package before they will allow a claim. Check with the local post office first then please keep us posted.

We do not issue refunds for packages that states delivered.
